Culture Mile

Rheinisches Landestheater, Hitch Kino, Schützenmuseum, Kulturkeller, Stadtarchiv and Clemens Sels Museum Neuss – Neuss’ cultural institutions are lined up on Oberstraße. It was only logical that the Neuss cultural institutions presented themselves there with exhibitions and concerts on the Culture Mile.

As a special highlight, the Neuss City Archive showed an exhibition of photographs of the 4th International Hanseatic Day in 1984 in Neuss in a historic tram directly in front of its own door, and in its own rooms the exhibition “In the network of the Hanseatic League – On the history of long-distance trade in Neuss on the Rhine”.

On the Platz der Deutschen Einheit, the Neusser Bürger-Schützen invited visitors daily to the Neusser Schützentreff with a colourful programme all about shooting.

Unfortunately, the exhibition “Coffee is ready! Career of a Hot Drink” in the Clemens-Sels Museum could not be shown due to water damage.
