Hanse Market

On Münsterplatz, Freithof and Damenstiftsplatz, in the immediate vicinity of Quirinusmünster, interested visitors could learn more about the many Hanseatic cities present at the “Hansemarkt”.

Visitors were able to find out more about the Hanseatic cities or sample their culinary offerings in neat pagoda tents. On the two stages, cultural groups, shanty choirs and folklore dance groups performed on all days of the event, and were joined by well-known jazz bands. The stage programmes were be presented by NE-WS 89.4 presenter Timo Gerke and cabaret artist Harry Heib.
